As Bitcoin continues to hit historical highs, various altcoin mainstream tokens are also showing good investment opportunities. Against this backdrop, BCH (Bitcoin Cash), as a traditional mainstream crypto asset, is attracting market attention.
BCH shares similar characteristics with Bitcoin, including the halving mechanism. During the last bull market, BCH reached a high of $1650. Around the halving event in early April last year, BCH experienced a brief period of speculation, peaking at $720. Subsequently, BCH's price was somewhat sluggish, but over the past four months, its price trend has shown positive signals, indicating the potential for greater upward movement.
From a technical analysis perspective, the price pattern of BCH is performing quite well. After hitting a low of $250 on April 7, BCH quickly stopped falling and rebounded, maintaining a bullish trend on the daily chart. It is worth noting that even when Bitcoin experiences adjustments or other altcoins undergo deep corrections, BCH's upward channel remains stable, with the maximum drawdown only touching the daily MA60 moving average support.
The rising pattern of BCH shows a characteristic of gradual advancement. The price forms multiple peaks and troughs, and whenever it breaks through the previous high point, it experiences a slight pullback to create new support, and then continues to push upward to create new highs. This gradual upward movement from low positions and gradual attacks from high positions is referred to as the "boiling frog" operation technique. The market leaders may be quietly accumulating chips, avoiding attracting too much attention or providing opportunities for low-position entries.
Typically, when there is sufficient chip accumulation, a rapid surge may occur, followed by a high-level consolidation phase. Therefore, investors should closely follow the subsequent trends of BCH to seize potential investment opportunities.
However, the inherent high-risk nature of the crypto assets market cannot be ignored. Investors should conduct thorough research and risk assessment before making any investment decisions to ensure that the investment aligns with their risk tolerance and investment goals.
