Arbitrum Odyssey Week 2 Activity Guide: Interaction Strategy with Yield Protocol and GMX Project

The Arbitrum Odyssey event has entered its 2nd week, and this week's task requires users to interact with both the Yield Protocol and GMX projects. Upon successfully completing the task, users will receive two NFT rewards. Below are the detailed interaction guidelines.

Basic Information about the Event

• Task time: June 29, 2022, 1:00 to July 5, 2022, 00:59
• NFT Claim Time: After July 6, 2022, 1:00
• Pickup Location: Project Galaxy platform

Yield Protocol Project Interaction

Yield Protocol is a fixed-rate lending protocol based on ETH/Arbitrum.

Task Requirements (Complete any one of the following)

1. Provide ≥50U liquidity
2. Lending ≥50U assets
3. Borrow ≥100U assets (supported collateral is required)

operation steps

1. Exchange stablecoins: Use DEX to convert ETH to USDC or DAI

2. Provide liquidity:
   • Enter the "Provide Liquidity" interface
   • Select asset and amount
   • Confirm transaction

3. Lending Assets:
   • Enter the "Lend" interface
   • Select asset and amount
   • Confirm Transaction

4. Borrowed Assets (Optional):
   • Enter the "Borrow" interface
   • Choose collateral and loan amount
   • Confirm Transaction

Note: It is recommended to choose to provide liquidity or lend assets, as the operation is relatively simple.

GMX Project Interaction

GMX is a decentralized perpetual contract exchange with features such as zero slippage and high leverage.

Task Requirements (All three items must be completed)

1. Conduct a contract leverage trade of ≥10U.
2. Become a liquidity provider (buy GLP)
3. Complete a SWAP transaction

Operating Steps

1. Contract Leverage Trading:
   • Enter the "Trade" interface
   • Select trading pair and leverage multiple
   • Enter the transaction amount and confirm

2. Provide liquidity:
   • Enter the "Buy GLP" interface
   • Select asset and amount
   • Confirm purchase of GLP

3. SWAP Trading:
   • Enter the "Swap" interface
   • Select the token pair for exchange
   • Enter the amount and confirm the transaction

Note: You can only qualify to receive the NFT after completing all three tasks of GMX.
