According to Techub News, as reported by Cointelegraph, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit has dismissed the appeal filed by the cryptocurrency advocacy group Coin Center against the sanctions imposed by the U.S. Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) on the Tornado Cash crypto tumbler in 2022, instructing the lower court to re-examine the case. According to the court's ruling, this dismissal will effectively end Coin Center's legal challenge against the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control.
