UK tech company raises $56.5 million to purchase Bitcoin to accelerate ledger documentation subscription.

On June 26, The Smarter Web Company, a technology company listed in London, raised approximately $56.5 million through accelerated book-building and subscription to purchase more Bitcoin. The common stock in the book-building and subscription will be fully paid at the time of issuance and will have the same rights in all respects as the company's existing common stock, including but not limited to the rights to all dividends and other distributions announced, paid, or distributed from the date of issuance.
