The EU plans to allow foreign stablecoin exchanges, while the Central Bank warns about reserve risks.

[Bitpush] The European Commission is preparing to propose that stablecoins issued outside the EU be treated as interchangeable with the EU version. The European Central Bank stated that the new regulations could increase the risk of a bank run on reserves and may spread among banks as overseas holders rush to obtain reserves originally intended for EU consumers.
